You must be one of the following in association with one of the five branches of the U.S. ARMED Forces; Active Duty Military, Veteran or Spouse/PNOK (primary next of kin) of someone who was killed in action (KIA)
Coast Guard (including Reserves)
Marine Corps (including Reserves)
Air Force (including Air Guard and Reserves)
Navy (including Reserves)
Army (including National Guard and Reserves)
All Active Duty Military Members and Veterans can create one (1) account - duplicates will be deleted and accounts flagged.
One (1) account can be created in the name of the Active Duty Service Member who was KIA (Killed in Action) - duplicates will be deleted and accounts flagged.

False information is reported as fraud in associated with Stolen Valor Act of 2005, which makes it a misdemeanor to lie about getting military decorations.
